General Definition:
Responsible for ensuring proper set up and service of all banquet and suite service functions, supervising all front of house Catering team members to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards. This is a leadership role responsible for training team members to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with all service standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:*
- Coordinate setup of all events and meeting rooms in conjunction with Group Sales team.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through effective management and delegation.,
- Brief team members on event details and procedure of service.
- Maintain catering service equipment, and keep pars up.
- Inspect function rooms, and work with Facility Maintenance team to ensure rooms are kept in excellent condition.
- Maximize event profits through labor management, while considering guest satisfaction at all times.
- Responsible for the selection, training, evaluation, and management of all front of house catering staff.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
- Assign duties and examine work for accurateness, neatness, and cleanliness.
- Standardize procedures to improve efficiency of all department functions.
- Resolve issues or disputes concerning guests and/or team member complaints applicable to departmental or service related issues.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with and knowledge of applicable food and beverage regulatory compliance requirements
- Knowledge of business planning and operational budgeting functions
- Strong leadership skills and guest service orientation
- Strong computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Time Keeping and HRIS systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to work a flexible and irregular schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must be able to work in a smoke filled casino environment

- Must be able to pass Title 31Training

Licenses/Certifications/Other:*
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain within first month of employment
- Hold an Oklahoma ABLE license, or the ability to obtain upon hire
- Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result
