CSR
For a small loan company based in Texas. The company was started in July of 1994 and has grown to 2 locations in Texas. In addition to offering unsecured, personal loans, the company also does Income Tax services.
Job Purpose:
To respond to customer’s personal financial needs and maintain a professional and courteous relationship while also satisfying company requirements.
Duties:
- Opens customer accounts by taking and processing loan applications and recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information and taking payments.
- Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follows policy and procedures to insure company profitability.
- Initiates customer contact via telephone, text, email, or in person in order to maintain an open dialogue of communication.
- Field collections and skip tracing when needed.
- Growth work, which includes advertising and outside interactions.
- Any requested, legal activity that benefits the company.
