Sparks Fitness is a local fitness equipment company based here in North Dallas, TX. We are a retail store that sells fitness exercise equipment throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metro-Plex to residential and commercial settings.

Answer: Sparks Fitness is experiencing tremendous growth over the past year and we have new positions opening up every month. Right now we have a new position created; and we are in need of adding 1 person to help with the high volume of orders we are receiving as we are growing extremely fast.

We are looking for an experienced person who is detail orientated to join our team. Candidates with over 3 years of working experience are encouraged to apply. We operate during the hours of 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri located in Addison, Texas right in the heart of Addison, TX next to the Galleria Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer orders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The order processing position will also be responsible for managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, scheduling delivery's and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via online and in store channels
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Generate and prepare shipping documents for outbound shipments.
- Provide support for warehouse staff such as printing labels, document preparation, researching discrepancies and solving errors.
- Assist with project and analytical tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate and distribute updates of shortages for customer orders.
- Receive inbound shipments into databases as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control.
- Schedule Equipment Delivery, pick up and shipping orders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Able to safely accomplish work within established deadlines.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments, prioritize and meet deadlines while achieving objectives.
- Proficiency with Shopify or other order processing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Prior experience with logistics and transportation a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
