STRATA Trust Company is seeking a motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Waco, TX. As a pivotal member, you'll spearhead our content strategy and uphold our Brand Management Plan, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This role is integral to our Marketing team and involves close collaboration with client services, sales, and operational teams.

Assisting in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.

Crafting and managing content calendars, including social media plans and nurture campaigns.

Reviewing and refining written content such as articles, blog posts, SEM, and social media communications for clarity and effectiveness.

Supporting meetings, events, and conferences by coordinating marketing campaigns and materials.

Maintaining an organized inventory of marketing collateral and overseeing the creation of new resources as needed.
AM I THE RIGHT FIT?
We're seeking self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a track record of success in marketing. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong writing skills and has the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in communications, content writing, and/or copy editing.

Work experience in the creation and execution of content strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and common marketing tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.

Understanding of web publishing requirements SEO and SEM best practices.

Expertise in social media platforms and web traffic metrics.

Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and work well under deadlines.
