Position Description: As an Outreach Specialist at LifeTree, you will be the frontline representative responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential patients for our various services. Your primary duties will include outreach to parent/patients and providing consultations, parent/patient education and engagement, and efficient process management to ensure exceptional patient experiences and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consultation calls of LifeTree services, including various services through engaging in education, information sharing and tailored recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LifeTree services and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and features to parents and patients
- Attend designated trainings and engage with management on growth.
- Develop and nurture relationships with patients to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all patients from initial contact through onboarding and follow up.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, coordinators to develop and follow up with incoming referrals and assist with marketing campaigns
- Work with office staff to coordinate onboarding of patients and ensure a high standard of service
- Achieve and exceed growth targets
Requirements:
- Proven consulting experience on the phone and in a similar environment with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients interested in services
- Must be highly motivated with the initiative to work both individually and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
