What You Will Do:

Communicate with installer business partners;
- Solve customer inquiries;

Provide a seamless on-boarding experience for new installer partners;

Recruit new members for a great team;

Collect customer experience data;
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills via email and phone;

Proven ability to learn quickly and effectively solve customer issues;

Goal-oriented personality, with a track record of persistence over time;

Acute attention to detail and never-ending curiosity;

Prior tire experience, preferred but not required;
Schedule:
-
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, plus one (1) Saturday per month from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Starting Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 / hour
