Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our medical office. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the efficient delivery of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Room Patients
-Vitals
-scanning labs
-scrub for Operating room.
-Cleaning and maintaining Operating Room
-Prepping for upcoming surgery, IVF, and FET.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient service
- Knowledge of medical administrative support tasks
- High school diploma and certification as a Medical Assistant
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems - Fertility experience preferred.
