Customer Service Representative
Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Upsell products or services to increase sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous
