Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to patients with diverse needs. Our Therapist will work in an inpatient setting, providing individualized care to patients with depression, chronic pain, addiction, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. The successful candidate will be committed to providing patient-centered care, promoting wellness, and fostering a supportive environment. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote mental health and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and art therapy.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress using ICD-10 coding.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Utilize medical documentation software to maintain accurate and timely records of patient care.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and other professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of patients, including those with working people autism.
- Provide supportive counseling to patients and their families to promote coping skills and overall well-being.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and medical documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with patients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting wellness and recovery.
- Ability to comply with all applicable licensing rules, accreditation standards, code of ethics, insurance reimbursement rules, and Bloomfield Center’s policies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $130.00 per hour
