**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective market strategies and customer relationship management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or outside sales roles
- Strong ability to market products effectively and drive business development
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, account management, and customer service skills
- Proficiency CRM tools is preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
