Warehouse Parts Specialist

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-
Monitor inventory level and data-entry manufacturing parts information into software system
-
Order parts as required following specific client instructions
-
Operate forklift to transport material to specific locations
-
Maintain workplace safety standards following company procedures on transport of materials
-
Share in team performance to improve operational process and communication
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
-
A valid driver's license, good driving record, ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions vehicles
-
Forklift experience
-
Physically able to perform the job safely:
-
standing, walking, using stairs
-
forklift experience
-
computer skills
-
bending in order to get in and out of vehicles
-
able to lift, carry and hold items up to 50 lbs
-
work in all weather conditions.

Carry out specified work procedures, follow directions of supervisors and lead persons
-
Read, understand, and follow Standard Operation Sheets (SOP)
-
Must have computer skills including data entry and understanding of inventory process
-
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment

At Wallenius Wilhelmsen and across our businesses, salaries are determined by position, level, location, and similar factors. The pay or salary range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum projected rate of pay for the specific position across our United States locations. Equally as important, as a team member, individual earnings may consider knowledge, skills, abilities, work location and related factors. The current starting hourly pay for this position is $20.00-$22.00. Wallenius Wilhelmsen team members are also eligible for annual merit-based salary adjustments, and participation in competitive benefit programs. Some roles in the company may offer an additional annual bonus. Additional details on salary or pay ranges and benefits will be available through the interview and employment process. Salary or pay ranges are separate from bonus opportunities and/or benefit plans.
