Your Role as a CSR:
As a CSR Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face and voice of our company at retail promotional events, brand expansion displays, and pop-up events in the Phoenix region. Your role will involve interacting with customers, offering product information, and ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers at various events, providing product information, answering questions, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase products, providing technical details and highlighting features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any payment or delivery issues. Coordinate with other departments or vendors as needed.
- Transaction Management: Handle sales transactions from start to finish, including processing payments and documenting new customer information such as contact details and purchase history.
- Customer Concerns: Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, aiming to resolve issues on the spot or escalating as needed.
- Event Support: Set up and break down promotional displays and sales booths at event locations, and actively participate in events to promote products and drive sales.
