Requirements Include:
>Ability to demonstrate experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting desktop and/or server hardware and software.
>Experience with remote tools to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of systems
>Knowledge and some experience with routers, switches, firewall technologies
>Knowledge and experience with installation and configuration of DSL, cable, etc.
>Knowledge and experience with IP addressing, subnet masks, and routing.
>Knowledge and experience with Windows Server technologies and concepts
>Knowledge and experience with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 technologies and concepts
>Knowledge and experience with MS Active Directory and concepts.
>Ability to communicate well with non-technical clients and high level executives and managers.
>80% of your time will be spent working with our clients, so professional verbal and visual presentation is required.
>Ability to document work performed and resolutions in ticketing system.
>Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
>Certifications: A+ required, Network+/server+/security+/MCITP/MCSE desired
Responsibilities include onsite and remote remediation of technology issues in client environments, planning and consulting on technology plans and projects, documentation of systems and work performed.
