**Property Manager** **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing property leasing, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. **Responsibilities:** - Utilize software to manage property operations effectively - Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to property management - Provide exceptional to tenants and address their inquiries and concerns promptly - Oversee property leasing activities including marketing, showing units, and screening potential tenants - Manage office tasks such as document organization, file management, and administrative duties - Familiarity with housing programs and requirements - Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction - Coordinate tasks including maintenance, repairs, and inspections - Ability to negotiate leases, contracts, and vendor agreements effectively **Experience:** - Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred - Proficiency in using OneSite software is a plus - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for property management.
