HRDQ is excited to offer a part-time position for a Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you'll prepare orders of our books and games for shipping, as well as organize game kits and other products for sale. Responsibilities are centered on delivering correct and well-packaged orders to our clients in an efficient manner. Your goal is to ensure order accuracy for the HRDQ customer base of training professionals. We are looking for 2 -3 hours of work per day.

Ideal Candidate
Qualified candidates have 2+ years of professional work experience, along with the following:
1. A systematic, organized, and detail-oriented nature.
2. Clear and efficient verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with MS Office.
4. Ability to stand for duration, bend and reach repeatedly, and occasionally lift boxes that can sometimes weigh up to 60 lbs.
5. Capability of climbing a stepstool, as well as a 10’ rolling staircase as needed, and to push pull wheeled carts/dollies.
6. Reliable transportation to West Chester, PA.
7. Creative problem solving and competency in figuring out how to get things done.
8. Tolerance of dogs at the workplace.
A Typical Day
You will work at our bright, clean, office-like, small warehouse space in West Chester, PA for two to three hours daily, Monday through Friday. Our product is largely paper based books, articles, and games. Using our order entry and shipping websites, you will print orders, pick product, and package it for shipping. When orders are complete, you will participate in the assembly of our game kits, stock product, and assist in maintaining the warehouse space. For the most part there will be at least one other team-member onsite with you, in addition to the office dog, Goose. Once fully trained, you will occasionally work solo when other team members are out of office.
