Senior Product Manager, Pressure Injury Solutions

As the Senior Product Manager, Pressure Injury Solutions within Advanced Wound Management (AWM), you will lead key aspects of the integrated commercial strategies and tactics for an assigned brand families in the US wound market, ALLEVYN and LEAF.
What will you be doing?
- You will collaborate with the AWC Marketing Director and the marketing team to develop brand strategies and enhanced value propositions for your products, targeting multiple partners including clinicians, payers, and patients, primarily within hospitals.
- Your role involves developing and implementing a coordinated communication plan to accelerate current demand growth, support the field sales force, improve customer engagement, and increase tool utilization.
- You will build an enhanced messaging platform for hospitals, work with the Promotional Review Committee to approve marketing materials, improve the brand's digital platform for various audiences, and collaborate with Sales Training and the field sales force to implement tactical plans.
- You will partner with Managed Care, Distribution & Trade, IT, and legal teams to complete strategies, work with Market Research and Sales Operations to develop and analyze brand critical metrics, and maintain relationships with agencies and vendors, being responsible for timelines and budgets.
What will you need to be successful?
- BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration, with an MBA being preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with a strong preference for experience in patient monitoring or medical device capital.
- Experience in digital media, marketing analytics, and brand planning is preferred.
