I. Digital Marketing
a. Management of all Internet Listing Services for portfolio. Includes but not limited to Apartments.com, Rent.com, Zillow, ApartmentList etc.
b. Management of all Internet Listing Management contracts with CMO approval of final contracts.
c. Analysis and recommendations of ad spends for communities within their portfolio.
d. Management of all websites in their portfolio
- Quarterly review with Community Managers of all website verbiage.
- Manage 3rd party vendor SEO recommendations and performance.
- Manage 3rd party vendor PPC campaign recommendations and performance.
e. Management of all website and digital marketing Entrata Simplementation tasks when migrating a new community.
II. Social Media Management
a. Management of Social Media Posting strategy in conjunction with regional counterpart.
b. Management of Hootsuite or like software for posting site level social media postings in accordance with Social Media posting and branding guidelines.
III. Review Management
a. Work with 3rd party vendor to endure that all reviews for all communities are answered no later than the 7th of the month for the month previous.
b. Review and forward 1- and 2-star reviews to Community Managers for feedback and resolution.
IV. Marketing Software Management and Support
a. Responsible for deposit software troubleshooting and vendor management for portfolio.
b. Responsible for all questions related to FLEX.
c. Responsible for implementation of AI software for any new communities
- Management of AI software for all existing communities including vendor communication, troubleshooting, management of back end of software and analysis.
d. Responsible for implementation and management of Tour 24 for all communities utilizing the software in their portfolio.
e. Responsible for management of LCP 360 Virtual Tour platform.
f. Responsible for management of Hootsuite social media software.
g. Responsible for management of resident survey software.
V. Training
a. Responsible for implementing Edge2Learn training and onboarding support for all office team members for:
- AI software
- Tour 24
- Deposit software
- LCP 360
- Hootsuite
- FLEX
- Any other marketing software that requires team member use.
VI. Reporting
a. Responsible for Social Media reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
b. Responsible for Reputation reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
c. Responsible for monthly reporting for:
- AI software
- Deposit software
- FLEX
- Tour24
VII. Lease Up Responsibilities
a. Marketing Plan Creation- 60 days prior to prelease. Review with CMO, VPLU, COO, CEO and site team.
1. Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience preferences, market trends, and potential growth areas in property management.
2. Analyze current marketing initiatives to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Management of all SEO and PPC content and campaigns.

- Implement Social Media Campaign for all lease up communities in accordance with Social Media Guidelines
- Work with Creative team to ensure branding for all lease up communities.
- Budgeting
- Create Lease Up Marketing Budget. Review with CMO, VPLU, COO and CEO.
VIII. Other Responsibilities
A. Complete all additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as determined by your supervisor or the company.
