We have been engaged on a confidential search to find a Director of Sales located on the West coast with experience in food packaging or processing equipment. This is an integral position in a growing and diverse company who boast custom engineered, state-of-the-art equipment for which you will be managing a team of salesman and be responsible for motivating, forecasting, and goal setting. This role is only open as the director is relocating and taking on a different role in the same company.
You will be responsible for hitting company goals and quotas, allowing the opportunity to earn nice yearly bonuses. Regular travel with the team is expected and you will be involved in weekly and monthly training calls, conferences, and, as part of the management team, may also be called into strategy meetings.
Some international training travel required yearly as well.

To Be considered for this opportunity:
- Previous sales management experience in food packaging or food process equipment, automation, or robotics
