The role of the Photography & Operations Support Specialist will work closely with the Operations Manager to successfully perform multiple, time-sensitive tasks each day. Communication, accuracy, and excellent time management skills are key to this fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Capture high-quality photographs of new products, ensuring each item is presented to company standards
· Keep listings up to date and refresh as necessary
· Management of various digital projects
· Maintain accurate inventory counts
· Stage materials within designated areas
· Monitor and organize warehouse space; understand and plan for promotional activity
· Puts product away in the warehouse
· Miscellaneous product and warehouse tasks
Role Competencies"
· Basic knowledge of photography, such as how to use a camera, frame a shot, lighting, etc.
· Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and proficiency
· Ability to understand complex oral and written instructions
· Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
· Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
· Database management skills
· Ability to analyze and solve problems
· Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
· Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
· Sense of urgency and capable of working under pressure
· Focus on work accuracy and attention to detail
