Job Summary:
A family owned and operated landscape company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented, self motivated, positive, flexible, and organized, with excellent communication skills and follow up. The candidate should be a problem solver, work with little supervision, be able to multitask, and complete assignments timely.
Duties:
- Manage AR, billing, and collections
- Manage AP, and monthly budgets
- Compile weekly reporting
- Process sales tax and B&O taxes
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials. Work with the CPA office for the end of the year taxes
- Human Resources duties for approx 10 employees
- Process payroll, file quarterly and annual taxes
- Annual 1099's
- Manage office, order supplies, pick up mail, answer phones
- Help acquire quotes from subs and suppliers for projects
Qualifications:
- Professional office conduct and phone etiquette
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferrably on a Mac
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Reliable, proactive self-starter with high standards of quality, excellent time management
