What you will be doing:
As a Healthcare Concierge-Customer Service agent you will be providing introductory information to our members. Following up with members throughout the defined processes and providing accurate healthcare benefit information. You will be responsible for documenting all member interactions and escalating queries and concerns appropriately. Interpersonal and customer service skills

The role of the Concierge duty is to support customers. This main responsibility covers lots of duties, such as:

Providing introductory information to members

Following up with members throughout the defined process

Provide accurate healthcare benefit information

Appropriately document all member interactions
-
Escalating queries and concerns appropriately
Qualifications:
-
2 years healthcare experience
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
-
Experience successfully navigating complex workflows, meeting sensitive timelines
-
Organized and detail oriented
-
Ability to work full time (8 hour shifts) between 6a-6p, Monday - Friday in our professional South Jordan office
Preferred:

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Fluent with Medical Terminology
