Pro Spine and Joint is looking for a full-time Front Desk Scheduler to join our team in Sugar Land, TX.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and visitors. This position will be responsible for assisting patients with daily administrative tasks and providing a welcoming environment for all guests. The Front Desk Manager will also be responsible for maintaining daily records of patient demographics, insurance information, and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must have good problem solving skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
