Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team
- Train and onboard new team members
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience with product demos and technical sales
- Proven track record in upselling and sales techniques
- Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and cash register operations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of appliance sales is preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette
