Talent Acquisition Manager Job Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert on recruitment initiatives company-wide

Evaluate current processes and implement best practices across recruitment initiatives

Work with Executives, Directors, and Supervisors to determine current and future staffing needs from a capacity and budgetary standpoint

Supervise Recruitment staff and balance requisitions among the team

Develop recruitment plans for different recruitment strategies

Utilize reports to identify trends, wage and salary structures, time to fill, recruiter statistics, and other reports as needed

Conduct regular follow-up/training with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

Collaborate with HR, IT and Education to create a streamlined and efficient orientation process
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience leading an ABA or Behavioral Health recruiting team required

Three to Five years prior recruiting/human resource experience preferred

Strong understanding of Workday

Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time well.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.

Desire and ability to contribute creative ideas and work in a collaborative team environment.
