Note: This is NOT a Medical position - this is a Call Center Manager position focused on leading and training our patient concierge team.
About the Role:
As a Call Center Manager at Pinpoint Scaling, you'll have the opportunity to lead and train our patient concierge team, helping our Medical Spa and Aesthetic Treatment Provider clients grow their businesses. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our clients' leads are effectively followed up, booked in, and connected with the treatments they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train our patient concierge team, ensuring high-quality service and support.
- Oversee the follow-up process with leads, booking them in, and connecting them with the appropriate treatments.
- Perform onboarding calls with new clients to get them acquainted with our process.
- Conduct regular training sessions and check-ins with the patient concierge team.
- Respond to client and team questions in a timely and concise manner (within a day).
- Learn and understand our tech stack to effectively teach our team and clients how to use them.
- Problem solve and manage crisis situations, finding win-win solutions for any issues.
- Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service.
- Review campaign data and identify trends to develop strategic recommendations.
- Implement upsell and retention strategies to help grow the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo training on all our systems and processes and teach our team and clients.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excitement to role play and practice communication and sales techniques.
- Inclination towards Digital Marketing or experience in the industry.
- Comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world.
- Confidence in making decisions on the fly and giving clients and team members advice.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Fun to be around over coffee or cocktails outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).

Compensation:
This is a 100% remote and full-time position requiring an 8-hour overlap with the EST Time Zone (9 AM to 5 PM EST Toronto/New York Time). Compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses based on milestones, with on-track earnings ranging from $6,100 to $9,600 CAD per month with the opportunity for growth into a leadership position.
