Kaizen Technologies Inc. headquartered in Edison NJ offers IT consulting, staffing, and product development services to clients globally and is a private vocational school approved by the Department of Labor. We work with various state and federal grant funding programs and our goal is to train dislocated, unemployed adults and youth from the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and the Department for Vocational Rehabilitation in Technology and Healthcare so students can find lucrative career opportunities in their field of study.
We are currently looking for a per diem PMP certified instructor with excellent technology and communication skills to deliver online Project Management Professional training course based on PMI ® guidelines to adults.
Ideal candidates should have prior experience teaching adult learners in a classroom setting and/or in an online environment. Candidates must have high-level proficiency in Project Management. Instructor responsibilities include creating and teaching foundational Project Managment as per PMI guidelines and preparing students to take the PMP certfication exam administered by PMI®.
Required:
- Weekday and Evening Availability
- Teaching experience
- Familiarity with LMS: specifically, Zoom & Microsoft Teams
- Creative delivery of Online training
- Effective presentation and real-time communication and ability to provide feedback.
- Ability to maintain daily attendance records and course paperwork.
- Flexibility in scheduling
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
