What You’ll Do:
As a Product Manager, you will research and analyze different segments of the RV industry to identify the needs and wants of OEM and end users to plan and facilitate new products and product enhancements in the digital technology space.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
Conducts Market research with OEM customers and end users to understand the needs and wants in the digital product area(s).
Develops a business plan and supporting documentation, with collaboration from the Engineering Department, to establish feasibility and probability.
Reviews business plan(s) with the Executive Team on “go/no go” for the new product/enhancements.
Engages with customers and end users to continually have a pulse on the market and products for continual innovation.
Manages the products from inception through the product life cycle to ensure maximized branding, marketing, and profitability.
Continually researches the market to identify industry trends and recommend new ideas for enhancements.
Plans and attends trade shows to network and build the brand around the product lines. Collaborates with and supports the Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure maximized product sales & success. Position Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Electronics, Engineering, or similar; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience with digital/software/application technology. Preferably from a technology/digital control field with product lifecycle management experience. Experience with camping and RV’s is a plus.

Technology Aptitude/Skills: Advanced ability with technology with an understanding of Digital Solutions. Understanding of the smart technology landscape is a plus. Language Skills: Strong verbal and written skillset; able to present to and influence the team and customers.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
