· An ability to explain computer programs and processes to customers over the phone
Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to identify new business opportunities
· Ability to communicate one on one or “in front of a room” if needed
· Strong e-mail etiquette and grammar skills
· Bi-lingual – Very Helpful
· Ability to communicate with upper management
