Job Overview:
The HR Coordinator - International Visa Program is responsible for assisting and overseeing aspects of the hotel’s international visa program. This role involves working closely wiht Human Resources Manager to coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing support to international employees throughout the visa application and renewal processes. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of visa regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all visa-related documents and track expiration dates.
- Provide guidance and support to international employees regarding visa procedures, requirements, and timelines.
- Assist international employees with relocation logistics and cultural integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth onboarding and transitions for international hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify visa sponsorship needs in coordination with the HR Manager.
- Continuously review and improve visa processing workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
