As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative within our company, you will be responsible for a variety of sales/customer service duties, in a call center setting.
Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills both on the phone and in person.
- Detail oriented, organized and efficient.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
- Must be computer literate and have proper phone etiquette

Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls that will include reservations and general questions.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Able to satisfactorily resolve guests’ complaints and problems, referring to management as needed.
-Check-in departing cruises
-Restock inventory
- Able to develop and maintain a working knowledge of the industry, and to be able to provide to guest, as requested, information on frequently asked Q&A about each excursion, operations, and local points of interests.
- Some out-bound calls to confirm trips or set up future excursions.
- Enter customer's reservations into our system and send confirmations via email
- Determining a customer's needs and routing them to the proper department
- Data entry and document filing.
- Morning, Mid-day, and evening shifts available
Job Skills:
- Must have Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to follow directions
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
