Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers using phone etiquette
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Skills:
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills to promote products or services
- Excellent data entry abilities for accurate record keeping
- Experience in outbound calling campaigns is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.45 - $21.02 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
