We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to handle bookkeeping, data input, office administration, and accounts management. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all bookkeeping and account management.
- Maintain financial records, process transactions, and prepare reports.
- Prepare payroll and handle other HR related tasks.
- Input and update data accurately across various systems.
- Handle mail, files, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
