Earn $100,000 – $450,000+ in commission pay per year depending on your productivity and loan sizes. This estimated range is based on closing 1 transaction per month on the low end ($100,000) to closing 4-5 Transactions for the higher end ($450,000+).
We are looking for Loan Officers with at least 1+ experience, and who have their MLO License (DPFI, DBO, or DRE) registered with the NMLS and who want to conduct business in California.
Software, Training, Tools, Support, Data Leads, and Strategies.
We use a state of the art Loan Origination Software (Lending Pad) which can be accessed through all mediums (PC or Mac). We provide training videos & documents through our Loan Officer Portal, and a variety of tools including marketing and business strategies.

GROW also has an in-house Processing and Funding Team, who help you close your loan in a timely manner so you can have more time to originate new loans.
Loan Officers will have access to Lender Price, which assists with product eligibility, and uses pricing engine technology to find the best rates everyday with all of our lenders.
Lenders & Loan Programs
We have multiple lenders with a wide variety of programs including FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, Hard Money, Commercial, Heloc, Heloan, Reverse Mortgages & those with outside the norm niches. We are a correspondent mortgage banker and broker depending on the necessary loan program.
Responsibilities include:
· Transacting business in conformance with state and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA and Fair Lending Practices.
· Maintaining good work ethics and integrity.
· Originating loans and taking complete loan applications.
· Collecting initial loan documentation.
· Analyzing client’s financials/credit information and determine the best program for them
· Working with marketing and staff to ensure your business plan is put into action.
· Developing business relationships with referral partners.
· Building and maintaining a database of referral relationships, prospects, and past clients to be able to generate future business.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed MLO with the NMLS.
