POSITION SUMMARY:
Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting our branded national coffee programs across D2C eCommerce channels, CRM, and social media platforms. This individual demonstrates a clear ability to develop tactics and campaigns that drive business goals; earned media, audience growth, owned engagement, acquisition, reach, brand awareness and more. They have a deep understanding of social voice, tone, style and creative and has experience working across a multitude of digital platforms, including but not limited to: Shopify, GoogleAds, and Meta.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-commerce:
- Manage our brand websites on Shopify, including advertising, SEO, and organic marketing.
- Oversee asset creation and email automations to drive sales and engagement.
- Continuously improve landing pages and integration with customer segmentation strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Email and Text Automated Flows:
- Build and maintain automated marketing flows in Omnisend, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Continue to develop and refine Customer Segmentation & tailored marketing campaigns (email, text) for specific customer segments.
- Grow our loyalty CRM mailing lists
Paid Advertising:
- Managing campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement geotargeting strategies, making budget recommendations to enhance acquisition while minimizing costs.
Social & Affiliate Marketing:
- Copy writing and social media calendar content creation to support our monthly digital marketing initiatives.
- Formulates paid-social strategies and deploys scheduled ads for Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Implement monthly campaigns aligned with holidays, seasons, new product launches and other events.
- Manages daily social communication, consumer listen and response, sentiment analysis and inquiries and assists customer service with any responses as needed.
- Assists with managing our online brand ambassador/influencer program, sourcing new partnerships, campaign communications, and making the most of our influencer relationships.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCY
- Previous management of Google Ads campaigns
- Previous management of Facebook / Instagram / Meta campaigns
- Omnisend/Klaviyo & Shopify
- Effective writing skills with concise, efficient grammar and verbal communication for copywriting and storytelling
- The ability to layout out marketing emails and copy in an linear, concise manner
- Detailed knowledge of new marketing tools and trends
- Expert knowledge of all digital marketing: Google Ads, Remarketing, Meta, Yelp,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Able to multitask across a variety of projects and deadlines
- Must be able to work independently, be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to deal with multiple priorities
- Collaboration; works cross functionally within the Marketing department and with external agencies
- Coffee knowledge preferred, but not required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years experience
- Understanding of eCommerce growth drivers, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing required.
