Job Description:
Infoperformance, a dynamic and forward-thinking insurance company, is seeking a Medicare Manager to join our team. As a Medicare Manager you will be responsible for managing licensed agents and continuously improving the performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop Sales Scripts: Create effective sales scripts tailored to different customer demographics and sales scenarios.
- 2. Improve Sales Numbers: Set and achieve sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase Medicare plan enrollments and revenue.
- 3. Train Agents: Conduct training sessions for agents on sales techniques, compliance with Medicare regulations, and product knowledge.
- 4. Product Knowledge Training: Ensure agents have a deep understanding of Medicare plans, benefits, coverage options, and changes in regulations.
- 5. Monitor Performance: Regularly review agent performance metrics such as conversion rates, call quality, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- 6. Compliance Oversight: Ensure all sales activities comply with Medicare guidelines and regulations to avoid penalties and maintain integrity.
- 7. Coordinate Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- 8. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and community partners to foster referrals and enhance sales opportunities.
- 9. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Medicare policies to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- 10. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and agent productivity for senior management review and strategic planning.
These responsibilities ensure that the Medicare Manager effectively manages sales operations, supports agent development, and drives business growth within the Medicare sector.
