JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets

- Ability to learn and use the POS software system
- Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
- Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the Business Manager
- Conduct tours with new guests to build rapport to facilitate sales
- Be knowledgeable about services, products and pricing
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the clinic as a wellness advisor
- Manage schedule to accommodate guests with the intent to grow our membership base
- Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Other duties as assigned

- Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
- Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
- Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
- Upholding the Massage Envy core values of O*ptimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency and E*mpathy.
