Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manages inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follows call center processes when handling different topics
- Meets personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Responds to requests for assistance
- Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
- Builds lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
- Utilizes software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
- Makes recommendations for products or services to better suit client needs
- Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, customer service, active listening, verbal/written communication skills, and professional phone voice
- Ability to learn and understand company products, services, and policies
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
- Previous success in outbound calling
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and accountability
- High school diploma or equivalent
$17 per hour + potential bonus/incentives. Earn up to $20 per hour, or more. Paid time off and holidays off.
