Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Assist with load entry and management for each load moving through the system. Work closely with Sales Representatives and Carrier Sales team to move freight daily.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless logistics experience.
Problem Resolution: Use your critical thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring smooth operations and customer delight.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have experience in a Brokerage or Transportation environment but we also welcome those with a customer-centric mindset.
Motivated team player, someone who excels at multi-tasking, can think on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
