The Administrative Assistant will support the cross-functional teams of BTR by assisting with management, projects, programs and miscellaneous administrative tasks. The person will also collaborate and communicate with employees, vendors and customers.
Requirements:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience
· 1-3 Years Cable Construction experience
· 1-3 Years Administrative experience, preferred
Skills/Abilities:
· Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, Smartsheet
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
· Knowledge of the physical construction and design of aerial and underground of cable plant including coax & fiber
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Ability to work with cross functional teams
