Join Our Team as a Maintenance Building Lead!
Are you a seasoned commercial engineer with a knack for maintaining offices, retail, and medical buildings? We are looking for a Maintenance Building Lead with expertise in building automation systems, HVAC units, and boilers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building automation systems, HVAC units, and boilers.
- Assist the Chief Engineer.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings, facilities, equipment, fixtures, and systems.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds for necessary repairs.
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in project management and capital planning.
- Skilled in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, drywall/paint, and general repairs.
- EPA Universal license preferred.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and deadline-meeting abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops (must be able to climb ladders).
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
