Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for showcasing our range of options, including both ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs. Your outstanding customer service skills and expertise in finding solutions will help homeowners add practical and stylish improvements to their properties. At times, you will be expected to conduct site inspections at customers’ properties to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions. This is an established location focusing on online leads coming in.
Responsibilities:
- Showcase our diverse range of buildings to potential customers, both on and off the sales lot.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and assisting with product selection.
- Prepare sales agreements and negotiate prices and terms to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up and follow through with on-line sales leads
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Provided detailed specifications for custom buildings and monitor through to delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or outdoor products industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and homeowners.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend suitable storage solutions based on customers’ needs.
- Flexibility to work on-site and conduct off-site inspections as needed.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and computer applications.
Training:
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training to help you excel in your role. We will work closely with you to learn the business, equip you with essential customer interaction skills, and provide thorough sales training to maximize your potential in this exciting field.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum commitment of five, 8 hour shifts per week, including Saturdays. Hours of operation for sales lots vary based on opportunity and availability.
Travel / Commute:
Training will be conducted on-site in Apple Creek, OH.
