We're currently seeking a dynamic Retail Store Lead Generation Manager to oversee our dedicated team of brand ambassadors and drive our lead generation efforts in retail store locations.
Job Summary: As the Retail Store Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and training a team of 5 to 10 brand ambassadors. Your goal will be to effectively generate appointments and leads that will fuel our sales team's success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and lead generaltion, who can collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to secure and optimize retail outlet partnerships. This is a perfect Job for someone with Homeshow or canvassing management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives, within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee market research activities and adjust marketing strategies based on market conditions and competitive analysis.
- Prepare and present detailed marketing activity reports to executive management.
- Maintain a consistent corporate image across all product lines and promotional materials.
- Manage promotional forecasting, setting performance goals for the team.
- Direct activities related to staffing, training, and performance evaluations to enhance sales and lead generation efforts.
- Design and coordinate the distribution of leads by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Facilitate communication between the marketing and sales departments.
- Monitor and control departmental expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
- Produce periodic sales reports that detail sales volume, potential sales, and opportunities for client base expansion.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, and People Management.
- Strong skills in Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Understanding.
- Ability to foster Client Relationships and develop effective Creative Services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
