Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members of other departments to maintain an organized schedule of labor for jobs.

Review project management software to monitor compliance tasks and maintain concise and informative notes.

Keep insurance adjusters informed regarding project status and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.

Provide excellent customer service to insurance adjusters and homeowners regarding project status.

Identify needed action to complete project notations and provide consistent updates to homeowners.
Job Qualifications (Required Skills):

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Available to work overtime as needed.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma required.
- Restoration or construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base salary based on experience, plus quarterly bonus structure.
