Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors
- Lead project management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of business development strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Mail and email company property management promotional materials as directed.
- Respond to calls and emails seeking Property Management information.
- Help collate and manage paperwork process related to new owner signings and retention.
This position will interact heavily with property management, marketing and sales. An individual with prior vacation rental management experience, in any capacity, would find this position both rewarding and challenging.
This is a growth oriented position for the right candidate.
This position is based in our Nags Head office and candidate must have local commute in place when applying.
Flexible scheduling is one of the benefits (occasional weekend work).
Must be Proficient with all Microsoft Office Products/Excel, DocuSign and ZOOM/tele-conferencing.
Commissions for licensed NC Brokers and/or bonus opportunities.
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development
- Strong knowledge of CRM software
- Strategic planning abilities to drive long-term business growth
- Proficiency in project management to oversee business development projects
- Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and reporting
