Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Service Lane Manager to oversee our service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the service department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of service work, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate service department staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to service operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 consecutive years of experience in a Service Advisor role with at least 1 year of Service Management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Proficiency automotive service management software.
