Woodmont seeks an Assistant Property Manager professional to work at our beautiful 206 unit Apartment Community located in Santa Cruz. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week (Includes Benefits). This position requires someone with supervisory experience preferred to work with the Property Manager to manage the staff, vendors, and projects. You are required to successfully lease apartments to future residents in a professional manner and give superior customer service to our current residents when they have questions or concerns. This position requires someone engaged and experienced in social media and must possess excellent organizational skills. An onsite apartment is optional as part of the compensation package.
We require:
One year of proven property management experience
Proven Affordable Housing experience specific with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) and TCAC (Tax Credit Allocation Committee).
Property Management software experience, RealPage software experience is ideal
Proven Marketing skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must be dependable and reliable
A college degree is a plus
Excellent computer skills: MS Office Suite
Excellent sales and customer service skills

Salary Range:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour includes an onsite apartment
$30.00 - $33.00 per hour without apartment
The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
