PATIENT RELATIONS ASSISTANT
Recovia, LLC is seeking a PATIENT RELATIONS ASSISTANT to be based at our Midtown Clinic. Recovia is an integrated outpatient treatment program to treat the whole person. We provide chronic pain, mental health, and substance use treatment - all under one roof. We have 7 locations across Phoenix, 2 in Tucson, and virtual care statewide. We are looking for someone who is interested in or has a passion for health/wellness, exercise wellness, psychology/behavioral health, physical therapy, pre-med, nursing, etc., and wants to expand their skillsets! We are looking for an eager individual who is passionate about helping people and is willing to learn and grow personally and professionally to join our team!
HOURS: FULL-TIME - Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour for lunch)
LOCATION: Recovia Midtown: 337 E Coronado Rd #201, Phoenix, AZ 85004
PAY: $17.50 - $18.00/hour (based on experience and expectation combined)
This is a full-time on-site position. Hours and pay range cannot be changed. You do NOT have to be a certified medical assistant to apply.
JOB SUMMARY
Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to include: answering phones, scanning, medication preauthorization’s, going over medical history with patients, preparing patient paperwork and consent forms, collecting urine for drug screenings, tracking PT visit authorization, managing EMR systems, answering patient questions/concerns, vitals/blood pressure/temp/height/weight, organizing/cleaning common areas and other tasks as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or two years of relevant experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Outgoing, energetic, personable attitude
- Team-player
- Tech-savvy
- Spanish speaking preferred, but not required
