```Duties```
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and displayed attractively
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment as necessary
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with bussing, banquet, or hotel operations is beneficial
- Basic food preparation skills are required
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Experience as a dietary aide or in a related field is a bonus
