We are a Luxury Automotive Dealership seeking an Automotive Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and ensure the Service Department is efficient and profitable through productive staffing, customer retention, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service recorders.
The Automotive Service Manager must have prior management and automotive experience. The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage all aspects of a dealership service department including training of staff, marketing, warranty administration, customer relations, etc...
Automotive Service Manager Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Manager or similar position in the auto industry
- CDK experience required
- ASE Certifications (a plus)
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with implementing structured business processes
- A hard-working can-do attitude
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- Must be able to work Saturdays
