Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient's condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Perform airway management procedures as needed
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Utilize electronic health record system (ECW) for documentation and communication purposes
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of OH
- 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting prefferred
- Knowledge and experience in sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage and maintenance
- Experience in sonography or other diagnostic imaging procedures is a plus
